GV Live Well is a locally owned and operated support service, providing disability, TAC and aged care support across our community.
We believe good support starts with getting to know the person. What matters to them, how they like to live, what they want help with — and just as importantly, what they want to keep doing for themselves.
Our team brings together a broad range of experience, skills and personalities, allowing us to provide support that is genuinely individual. We put a lot of thought into matching the right workers with the right people, and back our team with ongoing training, clear communication and hands-on management.
As we've grown, we've worked hard to keep the things that mattered to us from the beginning — being approachable, knowing the people we support, and providing the kind of service we'd want for our own families.
